Match Structure

All standard matches have a 15-minute time limit.

Main event matches have a 30-minute time limit.
-
There are no rounds—fights continue until a winner is decided or time expires.

Victory Conditions
A match can only be won by:

Pinfall – Shoulders pinned to the mat for a three-count.

Submission – Opponent verbally or physically taps out.
-
Knockout – Fighter is unable to continue due to loss of consciousness or inability to defend themselves.

Draws & Time Limits

If no winner is determined by the time limit, the match is ruled a draw.

There are no judges and no point system—a fight must be won or end in a draw.

No Weight Classes

SFL has no weight divisions—fighters compete against anyone, regardless of size or weight.

Use of Weapons

Weapons are allowed but not encouraged.

Excessive or reckless use of weapons may result in fines or suspensions at the discretion of SFL leadership.

Conduct & Safety Rules

Do NOT physically engage with a staff member or fan unless your own safety is at risk.

Any intentional attacks on non-competitors will result in immediate disciplinary action.

If a fighter or their opponent suffers an injury that prevents them from competing, a replacement may be determined by:

The healthy fighter (if they agree to a new opponent).

An Executive Leadership Member from Peak Media Group.

Final Authority

Peak Media Group’s executive leadership holds final decision-making power in all disputes, including rule interpretations, fighter eligibility, and disciplinary actions.

Fighters are expected to compete under these conditions with full understanding of the risks and rewards involved.
